different lunch box sets (each includes an afternoon snack) to keep you
nourished and energized so you can focus on tasks at hand.
For each lunch, we try to include at least 3 of the 4 food groups:
- Fruits & vegetables
- Whole grains
- Plant-based proteins (beans, lentils, nuts, seeds)
- Plant-based dairy alternative (not included in any of these recipes - but included in the previous breakfast meal ideas post)
